Our story began in 1972, when our founder Mr. Ahmed Dada Khatri came to Oman with pockets that were nearly empty but a heart that was full of hope. Oman had also just begun its Renaissance and that is where our story truly begins.

Over the decades, we have successfully delivered over 350 projects, each one delivering on our promise of a fusion of local tradition and a modern outlook. Our projects span a wide area covering most of metropolitan Muscat including Ruwi, Mutrah, Seeb, Al Khoud in addition to Barka, Salalah, Sur, Sohar and Mussannah.
